Il y a un boolean dans les propriétés du serveur dans le package de "Essentials" qu'il faut avoir installé (ainsi que craftbukkit).

Le fichier s'appelle config.yml.

je ne suis pas sur qu'on puisse l'activer sans add ons sinon.
